My grandmother was recently diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma, and now has to undergo chemotherapy. She is the Primary caretaker of my grandfather, and my uncle whom has down syndrome. I need some freeze ahead meals that we can put together for them so my uncle or grandfather can throw into the crockpot with only adding a couple other things on the days my grandmother just can’t do it! They are in their 80′s so very basic meat and potato kind of people..” nothing exotic” my grandmother said! Thank you SO much for the help!

Amy, Sorry to hear about your grandmother. We would love to help you with some easy meals for your family. Here is a couple to start with:

You can put all of the ingredients in a freezer bag and then dump in your slow cooker and cook.
