Hi – I just made a Pot Roast today and I cooked it on low. Was the “broth” supposed to bubble at all? I was cooking the roast for nine hours; and with three hours left, the roast didn’t look as if it would have finished cooking. I switched it on high for the last hour to be safe and it finally started bubbling. Was that the right thing to do or should I have been more patient? For reference, I just got the GE Crock. |
