I found a recipe for mushroom and wild rice soup that I really like but it takes too long to cook it on the stove to have it very often. If I want to cook it in the slow cooker what do I have to do different? Would I need to add more liquid and if so how do I figure how much more? And if the wild rice normally takes 45 minutes on the stove how long (and on what setting) would I have to cook it in the slow cooker?
