Chili enchilada casserole

I’m making chili enchilada casserole this morning. I haven’t added water yet and worried it will get dry. Should I add the water amount that is specified on the Rice-a-Roni box?

I had to add quite a bit of enchilada sauce as it was way too thick.

If you make it again, add the water according to the rice directions. Hope the taste was still good.

I made this today and it turned out great. I thought it was a bit dry but my DH loved it :)
