Baking in crock

I’ve tried several times to bake in my crock and it always comes out mushy and gooey never sets up especailly in the blueberry crisp. HELP what am I doing wrong?

I don’t think it’s you girl. Not all crocks cook the same. Like other appliances, you’ve got to learn how your crock cooks. Many newer ones cook hot, but there are some out there that don’t. Sounds like you might need to cook your food a little longer than most folks.
