We are taking you around the globe with this weeks meal plan.  From Italian to Mexican these dishes are sure to have your taste-buds and your stomach speaking the language of YUM!

Recipes:

SUNDAY: Lasagna
MONDAY:
French Dip Sandwiches
TUESDAY: Leftovers
WEDNESDAY:
Salsa Verde Chicken
THURSDAY:
Lemon Pepper Tilapia
FRIDAY: Family Night Out
SATURDAY: Grilling out with
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes as side

Shopping List:

DAIRY:
2 egg whites
2 lbs ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 to 3 tablespoons butter
sliced cheese of your choice (Swiss & provolone- we like to mix!)
Sour cream (2 cups)
6 oz. cream cheese

PRODUCE:
juice of 4 lemons (or 8-12 tablespoons)
fresh baby spinach
1 bundle asparagus
5 pounds potatoes

MEAT:
2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 to 3 lb. pot roast
4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 to 6 tilapia filets

CANS/BOTTLES:
2 jars favorite marinara sauce
1 can beef broth
1 can beef consume
1 can French onion soup
1 jar salsa verde

SEASONINGS:
Italian seasoning
lemon pepper seasoning
salt
pepper
onion powder

OTHER:
Cooked rice or tortilla chips
aluminum foil for tilapia packets
1 box uncooked lasagna noodles
rolls, any kind you like
1 box of wild rice
Aluminum foil
