SUNDAY: Breakfast Casserole

MONDAY: Meaty Mac

TUESDAY: Leftovers

WEDNESDAY: Hobo Hamburgers

THURSDAY: Taco Stew

FRIDAY: Leftovers

SATURDAY: Pulled Pork Tacos

Shopping List

PRODUCE:

2 onions
1 bell pepper
1 cup diced baby bella mushrooms
1 pound baby carrots
2 cloves minced garlic
1 bag broccoli slaw
4 potatoes
1-½ cups salsa (for the breakfast casserole, I used the fresh salsa found over in the produce section, but you can use jar if you like)

MEAT:
1 pound breakfast sausage
½ pound bacon
2 to 3 pounds ground beef
5 pound pork roast
1 to 2 cups little smokies

DAIRY:
1 dozen eggs
5 cups shredded cheese
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
2 cups 1/2 & ½ 

CANS/BOTTLES:

1 (15-ounce) pinto beans
1 (15-ounce) ranch style beans
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 (14.-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (14.5-ounce) can Italian diced tomatoes
1 (10-¾ ounce) can nacho cheese soup
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
1 (16-ounce) can Dr. Pepper (or other dark soda)

OTHER:
Corn Tortillas
Fritos
2 cups macaroni elbows
8 ounces Queso Blanco Velveeta

FROZEN:
1 (32-ounce) bag frozen hash browns (cubed, not shredded)
2 cups frozen green beans
1-½ cups frozen corn

SEASONINGS:
garlic powder
salt and pepper
onion powder
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch dressing mix
