Nothing eliminates stress more than being able to quickly answer the age old question, “what’s for dinner?” For this week’s meal plan we have compiled four recipes that will get you cRockin’ and Rollin’ through the week:

SUNDAY: No Bake Spaghetti

MONDAY: Tune into Crockin’ Monday

TUESDAY: Leftovers

WEDNESDAY: Pizza

THURSDAY: Corn Chowder

FRIDAY: Pork Loin Roast for Nachos

SATURDAY: Not Crockin’, it’s the weekend!

Shopping List

DAIRY:
1 small carton 1/2 & 1/2
1 small carton sour cream (garnish for nachos)
shredded cheese of choice
shredded mozzarella cheese

PRODUCE:
2 large onions
2 large bell peppers
4 potatoes
lettuce (garnish for nachos)
tomatoes (garnish for nachos)

MEAT:
1 lb. lean hamburger meat
1 small package Canadian bacon
1 (8-ounce) package diced ham
1 (5 pound) pork loin roast

CANS/BOTTLES:
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can green chiles with diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 small cans sliced black olives
1 jar pizza sauce
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 bottle BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s)
1 can dark soda (Dr. Pepper)
1 pound spaghetti noodles

SEASONINGS:
onion powder
garlic powder
oregano
garlic salt
